WARRANTY
In compliance with RDLeg. 1/2007, of November 16, as well as its successive amendments and other complementary laws for consumer protection, the products listed in our online store are guaranteed to the buyer under the following terms:
- Consumers who are natural persons have the right to free repair of original defects or replacement for a period of 3 years from the receipt of the order, in accordance with the legal framework. If the repaired or replaced item is not in optimal condition for its intended use, the consumer is entitled to a refund of the purchase price.
- Buyers who are legal entities will have the aforementioned rights for a period of 1 year from the receipt of the order, in accordance with Articles 1484-1491 of the Civil Code, for purchases outside the scope of RDLeg 1/2007, of November 16.
- This warranty does not cover deficiencies caused by negligence, impacts, improper use beyond common acceptability, or normal wear and tear of materials.
- In cases where the warranty is applicable, the options for resolution include repair, replacement of the item, a price reduction, or a refund, as legally established.
