Methods of payment
Pilma allows secure credit payments by Visa, Mastercard or Maestro via the RedSys digital platform.
Financing with Cetelem:
We offer you the possibility of paying for your order in instalments through the Cetelem bank.
The photographs, graphic and iconographic representations and videos relating to Pilma products, as well as measurements, descriptions, colours, trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in Pilma.com, are intended to provide as much information as possible. However, the user should bear in mind that they are for guidance purposes only and not exhaustive.
Pilma reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are offered to users through the portal. Thus, at any time, Pilma may add new products or withdraw existing ones. Likewise, Pilma reserves the right to stop providing access, at any time and without prior notice, to any of the products offered on the website, with the sole purpose of improving our website.
In the event that, due to circumstances of force majeure, a product is unavailable after the order has been placed, Pilma will inform the user by email of the total or, where appropriate, partial cancellation of the order and proceed to refund the corresponding amount, without such action giving any right to compensation.
If you choose the home delivery option and you live in Spain, the estimated delivery time for products in stock is as follows:
- Mainland Spain: Between 2 and 4 working days for gift products. Between 5 and 10 working days for furniture products.
- Balearic Islands (excluding Formentera): Between 2 and 4 working days for gift products. Between 7 and 15 working days for furniture products.
- Canary Islands: Not available through the online shop. Check estimated delivery time in the shop.
- Ceuta and Melilla: Not available through the online shop. Check estimated delivery time in the shop.
Shipping costs are free for purchases over 2,000 euros within the province of Barcelona and Madrid, for purchases over 3,000 euros in the rest of mainland Spain. For orders below that to any point in mainland Spain, shipping costs are 10% of the order, with a minimum cost of 50 euros.
For the Balearic Islands, excluding Formentera, shipping costs for purchases below 6,000 euros will be billed at 17% of the invoice value, with a minimum of 50€. All orders over 6,000 euros are exempt from shipping charges.
Free shipping promotions are valid throughout Spain (mainland).

Keep the proof of purchase, it will be needed for any verification, exchange or return. It can be found inside the box or stuck to the outside of the box provided by the courier, do not forget to peel it off before throwing it away.
In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, goods of a durable nature are granted a legal guarantee of 2 years from the date of purchase and/or delivery.

The return period for orders is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to your home or collection from the shop.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and without having been assembled or used. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the method of payment made by the customer.
For any return that is not due to a defect or error on the part of Pilma, the return postage will be paid by the customer. The product must be returned in the same condition as it was received on delivery, otherwise the item cannot be returned.
