Delivery times
If you choose the home delivery option and reside in Spain, the estimated delivery time for in-stock items is as follows:
- Mainland Spain: For in-stock furniture items, the approximate delivery time is 2 business weeks and always includes professional assembly at your home at no additional cost. For small orders (without assembly), it takes between 3 and 5 business days.
- Balearic Islands (excluding Formentera): For in-stock furniture items, the approximate delivery time is 3 business weeks and always includes professional assembly at your home at no additional cost. For small orders (without assembly), it takes between 3 and 5 business days.
- Canary Islands: Not available in the online store. Check estimated delivery time in store.
- Ceuta and Melilla: Not available in the online store. Check estimated delivery time in store.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination: in urban or easily accessible areas, the service is usually faster, while in less frequented areas, it may require an additional day.
This is due to route planning by the logistics company, which adapts each route to ensure careful, efficient delivery tailored to each area.
Exclusive conditions for purchases through our website
- Shipping and assembly costs are free for purchases over 400€ in all peninsular Spain.
- Shipping costs for purchases under 50€ are 5€.
- Shipping costs for purchases between 50€ and 200€ are 10% of the purchase amount.
- Shipping costs for purchases between 200€ and 400€ are 20€.
- The cost of our assembly service is optional and is 50€.
For the Balearic Islands, excluding Formentera, shipping and assembly costs, for purchases under 6.000€, will be billed at 17% of the invoice value, with a minimum of 50€. All orders over 6.000€ are free of shipping costs.
International shipments

Guarantee
Keep the proof of purchase, it will be needed for any verification, exchange or return. It can be found inside the box or stuck to the outside of the box provided by the courier, do not forget to peel it off before throwing it away.
In compliance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, goods of a durable nature are granted a legal guarantee of 3 years from the date of purchase and/or delivery.
Buyers acting as legal entities are entitled to a legal warranty of 1 year from the invoice date, under the terms set forth in Articles 1484–1491 of the Civil Code, for purchases outside the scope of application of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling, unsuitable voltage, incorrect installation, or materials subject to wear and tear through normal use are not included.
In those incidents that justify the use of the guarantee, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen in accordance with the legally established terms.
The warranty becomes invalid if any of the information on the warranty or on the proof of purchase is changed, altered or replaced.

Customer satisfaction is a priority for Pilma. Therefore, Pilma will attend to any query or complaint from its customers as soon as it becomes aware of it, committing itself to respond as soon as possible.

Returns
The return period for orders is 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to your home or collection from the shop.
Returns must be made in the original packaging and without having been assembled or used. Once the goods have been received in our warehouses, and after checking their condition, we will proceed to refund the amount in accordance with the terms established in RDL 1/2007, according to the method of payment made by the customer.
For any return that is not due to a defect or error attributable to Pilma, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and will be equivalent to 10% of the retail price (RRP) of the product to be returned. The product must be returned in the same conditions as it was received on delivery, otherwise the item cannot be returned.

Customer data: registration, modification, security and confidentiality policy
To make purchases in our online shop or access certain services, you must register your personal data and choose a password that will allow you to access all the areas that require prior identification. This will prevent you from having to fill them in again in the future.

Purchases made in the areas described in this section are exempt from VAT.
We remind you that the prices indicated for shipping costs do not include indirect taxes, customs duties and customs clearance, which will be paid in cash at the destination by the recipient of the goods.
Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes.

General Provisions
Pilma reserves the right to modify or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the service provided through the Pilma.com online shop with or without notice. Pilma shall not be liable for any such modification or cancellation.
If, despite a change in the terms and conditions and/or delivery conditions, you continue to use the service provided through the Pilma.com online shop, you will be deemed to have agreed to that modification.
