• Shipping costs with assembly and scheduled appointment for purchases between €1,390 and €2,500 are €139.

• Shipping costs without assembly and without scheduled appointment for purchases over €2,500 are free.

• Shipping costs without assembly and without scheduled appointment for purchases over €5,000 are free.

DELIVERY TIMES
If you choose home delivery and reside in Spain, the estimated delivery time for in-stock products is as follows:

• Mainland Spain: For in-stock furniture products, the estimated delivery time is approximately 2 working weeks. For small-volume orders (without assembly), between 3 and 5 working days.
• Balearic Islands (excluding Formentera): For in-stock furniture products, the estimated delivery time is approximately 3 working weeks. For small-volume orders (without assembly), between 3 and 5 working days.
• Canary Islands: Not available in the online store. Please consult the estimated delivery time in-store.
• Ceuta and Melilla: Not available in the online store. Please consult the estimated delivery time in-store.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Delivery times may vary slightly depending on the destination: in urban or easily accessible areas, the service is usually faster, while less common areas may require an additional day or two. This is due to route planning by the logistics company, which adapts each route to ensure careful, efficient delivery tailored to each area.

International Shipping

Returns

The return period for orders is 14 calendar days starting from the delivery to your home or collection in-store. Returns must be made in the original packaging and products must not have been assembled or used. Once the merchandise has been received in our warehouses and its condition has been verified, the refund will be processed according to the terms established in Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, in accordance with the payment method used by the customer. For any return not due to damage or an error attributable to Pilma, both outbound and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will amount to 10% of the retail price (RRP) of the returned product. It is essential that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was delivered; otherwise, the item cannot be returned. To process your return, you must contact our Customer Service Department through your online account and follow their instructions.

To make purchases in our online store or access certain services, you must register your personal details and choose a password that will allow you to access all areas requiring prior identification. This will prevent you from having to fill them in again in the future. Purchases made in the areas described in this section will be exempt from VAT payment. Please note that the shipping costs indicated do not include indirect taxes, customs duties or customs clearance fees, which must be paid in cash at destination by the recipient of the goods. Orders will not be delivered to PO boxes. The purchasing system is subject to current Spanish legislation. Pilma reserves the right to modify or cancel, temporarily or permanently, the service provided through the Pilma.com online store, with or without prior notice. Pilma shall not be liable for such modification or cancellation. If, despite modifications to the terms and conditions and/or delivery conditions, you continue using the service provided through the Pilma.com online store after such modification, you will be deemed to have accepted said changes.
